Florida Tech operates on a rolling admission basis and will accept applications throughout the year. As an international student, additional time is needed in order to obtain your student visa. It is recommended to apply at least 6 months prior to your entry term. There is no fee to apply and we also accept the Common Application. Students will need to demonstrate English proficiency in order to enroll full-time in all academic classes and obtain an I-20. Students must apply for a specific major when submitting an application. We also accept the Common Application.
The university strictly conforms to U.S. immigration laws concerning international students. Upon acceptance, you must provide certified evidence that you have adequate funds to meet all your expenses during the first year of university. Scholarships are available to international freshman applicants that submit SAT or ACT scores. International transfer students will be considered for scholarships based on performance at their current university.

Students from more than 120 countries around the globe enroll at Florida Tech so they can experience our world-class, international community of scholars. That is why U.S. News and World Report ranks us #1 in the nation for fostering international student experiences.
