You have a lot of questions about transferring to Florida Tech and we have the answers. Our transfer admission counselors are here to help you to “Succeed on Purpose,” which means starting the transfer process early in order to maximize your transferrable credit hours as well as your opportunities for scholarships. It takes some planning but soon, you can enter the workforce with a prestigious bachelor’s degree from Florida Tech. We also accept the Common Application.

Cost/Financial Aid

Don’t worry about additional paperwork—students interested in transferring to Florida Tech are automatically considered for generous, merit-based academic scholarships as part of the application process. Scholarship eligibility is based on your college grade point average and high school standardized test scores. Prospective transfer students who complete a FAFSA may be eligible for additional need-based aid, so all applicants are encouraged to do so.

Admitted Students

Congratulations! As an admitted transfer student, you just need to activate your Florida Tech TRACKS account. An activation email has been sent to the email address you provided on your application, so go check it! Once logged in, you can access our admitted student portal, Panther Pass, to complete all necessary new student to-do items. These include completing your housing and meal plan applications, taking placement exams, and starting the registration process.

Advanced Credit

Applicants who have college credit or have demonstrated proficiency in certain subject areas through placement or equivalency examinations may receive credit upon enrolling at Florida Tech.
